Fantastic experience. We fully enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very helpful and the hotel delivers a good package for your family holiday: swimming pool with swim school, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, good food and comfortable rooms, fantastic scenery with lots to do.
Excellent hotel for families with children. Excellent offer of activities for children in German and also English. All staff very friendly. very good food ( too good) 😉
First time in the alps in the summer and such kind of all inclusive family hotel.
We loved the concept with focus on kids’ needs. We had a clean and nicely designed maisonette room and paid roughly 500€ per night for 2 adults and one kid end of August.
Service and friendliness of all people working there is very good. Also the owner family is involved and lovely.
Location is great for enjoying nature and exploring the region. Quick access to the nature. Wonderful hiking and biking routes. Beautiful view from the balcony. In the city itself not so much to do in the evenings.
Buffets with nice food at each dish. Sauna and pool area nice. Nice lobby with kind and funny barkeeper.
Overall it was a nice holiday and we will probably considering going again in the same or similar type hotel once in a while.
Small negative points for owner’s and visitors’ consideration:
- Manual booking of each kids activity with various repeating info and emails flooding inbox is time consuming and annoying
- Bigger outside pool or complete opening of the outside part would be nicer. Overall the outside / garden area is a bit small.
The gym is not well equipped, the weights are far too few and light. Too few machines, too small room and no Air Condition. Disappointing when comparing with all other areas of the hotel.
Parking too crowded and places too small for bigger cars.
Air conditioning missing in our room which was top floor below roof. It was too hot. Also I couldn’t properly stand in the upper section due to the wood roof construction bouncing my head occasionally (185cm).
Beautiful nature, clean rooms, super service every day.Friendly people. For sure we come back again one day.Great Holiday.
Very good hotel. Nice place to spend time with kids. Scenic location. Room was good but the mattress was quite old, we literally had back pain. All inclusive, not much selection for vegetarians.
We didn't stay at this place but we came to eat. The food was mediocre. The portion small (which would be fine if it were good). The building and restaurant was old fashioned without style. Service was fine.
Don't come here for the food, if that's an important aspect for you.
Beautiful hotel located near the posted, great service and a well oiled machine.
Rooms:
Large rooms with adequate accesoires for children and babies. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite large. We had the Kaiser Luxes room.
Food:
The food is great, some days it is a menu with 3 options, whilst other days it is a full buffet. There is always a separate buffet for the children ( which you can use as a backup if you don't like he buffet yourself ).
We came with a baby of 9 months and we could ask at any moment of the day for food for the baby. There are options for vegetables broth or fruit.
Wellness & pool:
The pool is heated and quite large, there are adequate seats available. In our case it did get quite busy at around 5pm and all seats were taken sometimes. Before noon it is almost empty .
There is a separate bath for children and babies.
The wellness is large and beautiful, a lot of options. 3 saunas and 2 steam baths.
Babysitting service:
For us this service was amazing, you can drop off children untill the age of 3 from 9am till 5pm. They will take care of everything, including food. They do a really amazing job. We dropped off our baby from 9am till 2pm on average to go skiing.
A very good stay, kids love it, area it's very nice, buffet is ok. They set your room if you ask for it.
